You are not too old (or too busy) Just do this!
Get rid of the subtle threat lurking deep within your body
Hello there,
Since I began this project on The Lean Executive, my main aim has been to provide something for free that others typically charge you for. I believe that being lean and energetic shouldn't be a privilege, but rather something accessible to everyone.
The silent epidemic: Visceral fat, often referred to as “belly fat,” is not just a cosmetic concern — it's a subtle killer lurking deep within your body, increasing your risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and even certain cancers. What's more alarming is that visceral fat isn't always visible on the outside, making it easy to overlook or dismiss until it's too late.
To permanently get rid of it, many men think they need more motivation, inspiration, or time. However, the truth is quite different. They just need to understand the process and what influences it. Once they understand this, achieving a lean and disease-free body becomes easy (and stress-free).
Here's the feedback form from Santiago Gomez, one of my subscribers:
“Thank You Diego, the role you have played in my life and how that filtered into my family has been just incredible. You have brought so much positivity, hope, knowledge, and a desire for fitness into the life of myself and many of the people most important to me. I am thankful for having crossed paths with you, and I feel like taking a step back from our engagement will further allow you to continue helping others like me learn what they need to change their trajectory too.”
As a hard-working executive and father of two, Santiago doesn't have the luxury of spending two hours a day on a treadmill. However, he did learn the three phases to effectively eliminate visceral fat for good:
— The Foundation Phase
— The Recomposition Phase
— The Consolidation Phase
Skip a phase, and you're set for failure; skip the order, and you'll end up with more of the same. But here’s the good news: with me, inside The Lean Executive, you’ll learn the step-by-step process:
— Actionable tactics
— Wins and failures
— How to apply it
— Dos and Don'ts
See you in the next issue,
